It has specification gravity of 1.1. This sealant with 158.1 gal/L VOC takes 8 hours of curing time. This water-resistant sealant adheres to most surfaces including wood, metal, masonry, glass and most plastics. It is sandable, paintable and stainable. The closed cell design blocks radon gas, pests, dust and allergens. Sealant with flash point of -156 deg F is very safe. It has operating temperature rating of 240 deg F. Sealant is UL listed.
