M-1 is a high strength, multi-ourpose structural adhesive/sealant designed for bonding and sealing a wide range of construction materials. M-1 forms a tough, elastic, waterproof seal on most roofing materials, as well as masonry, wood, glass, aluminum and foam insualtion. Application to flashing, coping, skylights and HVAC are typical. Also, M-1 is an ideal emergency repair sealant because it can be applied underwater for a temporary repair of leaks. M-1 features 400 psi shear strength, 575% elongation, and a class A fire rating.
