This latex with less than 50 g/L VOC, takes 4 hours for recoating and 30 days for full curing. Latex in a 4 L container, offers surface coverage up to 400 Sq. ft. Touch-up the house beautifully and flawlessly using this high-hiding latex. This latex is designed for new and repaint applications. It is easily cleanable using soap and water. This latex is recommended to tint prior to application. Latex with flash point of 200 deg F is very safe to use. Latex is VOC compliant and meets MPI category #53, Green Performance Standards (GPS-1 & GPS-2), NaHB Model Green standards.
