The JAWSAW™ is the safest chainsaw on the market. The thick protective shell on the JAWSAW leaves the chain and bar far less exposed than on traditional chainsaws. The blade and chain are incapable of getting outside of the housing when in use. When not in use they retract into the neck of the tool. You can even cut branches directly on the ground. The JAWSAW’s protective housing acts as that prop so you can cut fallen branches directly on the grass or pavement. It’s only 7.9 lbs with the battery attached. No-load speed is 1350 revs/min with automatic chain tightening and oiling systems keep the blade and chain operating at peak efficiency at all times. This particular Worx 20V Power Share JAWSAW cordless chainsaw doesn’t come with a battery. It’s meant for Power Share users that already have some batteries at home. That’s the great thing about Power Share tools, you save money because you don’t always have to buy the battery. (batteries & charger sold separately).
